This notice explains how Max Vorovski (“we”) collects and uses your personal data when you register for training through this site. We are the data controller; our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
When you submit the registration form we collect your name, email address and phone number. If you register a child, we also collect the child’s name and age. Anything you add in the optional message or experience fields is collected too.
Why we use it
We use this information only to process your training registration, confirm your place and contact you about it. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form, and to take steps at your request before arranging your training.
Children’s data
Registrations for participants under 18 are made by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the child’s behalf. We collect only the child’s name and age, used solely to place them in the right group.
Who can access it
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers — website hosting, database and email delivery — who act as processors under data-processing agreements. Only the coach has access to the registration records.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration only as long as needed to handle your request and your membership, and delete it on request or once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
